Buttery soft leggings in bold colors and fun prints manufactured by LuLaRoe, a company in California, are trending in Erie and across the United States. They're usually sold by consultants in pop-up parties on Facebook, in homes or at boutiques owned by consultants.
LuLaRoe also sells dresses, skirts and tops in sizes for children. Prices range from $23 for tween and children's leggings to a cardigan for $70.
